The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a BBQ area, and a refreshing pool, making it a perfect haven for up to 8 guests making it an ideal choice for families or friends to relax and enjoy the beauty of Zakynthos.

A Brand new, Xenia Villa is a spacious and centrally located retreat, offering 120 square meters of modern and comfortable living space. The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(which one of them is En - suite bathroom on the first bedroom) making it ideal for families or groups of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and an additional 2 guests could sleep in the living room sofa plus folding bed upon request. Αll areas of the villa are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout your stay.

The first bedroom boasts a spacious layout with a cozy king size 180x200 mattress. The room is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, including bedside tables, lamps, and a wardrobe for your convenience, and an En - suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring a generous queen size 160x200 mattress that promises utmost comfort. You'll find ample storage space with a wardrobe and additional amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The third bedroom is perfect for solo travelers or children, with a comfortable two beds with 90x200 mattresses (can convert as a double bed upon request).

The pool area is a true oasis, where you can bask in the warm sunshine and take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water. The pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas, providing a serene space to unwind and soak up the serene surroundings.

For your convenience, our villa also offers free parking, ensuring that you can easily explore the surrounding area and have peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is safe and secure.

"Flexible" check-in/-out policy means:
We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the Villa will usually be ready by noon or 15:00pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
