The villa features three spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, two of which offer the added luxury of private en-suite bathrooms designed with tranquility and comfort in mind. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with high-quality mattresses, plush pillows, and inviting linens to ensure a deeply restful sleep. The accommodation comfortably hosts up to six guests in real beds. For added comfort, every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, maintaining a consistently pleasant indoor climate. Guests can look forward to restorative nights and awakened mornings, perfectly prepared for days filled with exploration and enjoyment.

External Living | Pool & BBQ

The outdoor area of the villa spans 1500m² and features a luxurious 40m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable sun loungers. The pool includes outdoor sunbeds, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days and soaking up the sun's rays. Adjacent to the pool, a beautiful outdoor dining area, exterior living space, and BBQ with a charcoal grill offer the ideal setting for cooking and dining al fresco with loved ones, amidst the stunning natural beauty of the villa's surroundings. For added convenience, guests arriving by car can use the villa's dedicated private parking area.

Housekeeping & Linen Service l

Indulge in the ease of daily housekeeping, ensuring your villa remains pristine throughout your stay. Premium bed linens are refreshed every third day, while plush bath and pool towels are replenished every second day for your comfort. Our discreet service guarantees your privacy, allowing you to fully unwind and enjoy your retreat.

During Your Stay Are Included l

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping ( daily housekeeping ) • Baby cot, high chair are available upon request • Pool ( Daily cleaning and Check PH) and garden cleaning once per week.

Rudiments l

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for cars. Additional cars, can be also accommodated outside of the villa • The property is well-equipped with refrigerator, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso machine (capsules), Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, fully equipped kitchen!

Heated Pool Policy Ι

To ensure a pleasant and relaxing swim throughout the cooler months, our villa offers the option of pool heating, subject to the following conditions:

Water Temperature | The heating system can elevate the water temperature up to approximately 26°C, depending on external weather conditions.

Recommended Periods | Pool heating is most beneficial during the spring and autumn months — from March to mid-June, and again during October and November.

Advance Arrangement | For optimal comfort, please request pool heating at least 4 days prior to arrival, allowing sufficient time for the water to reach the desired temperature.

Daily Rate | This optional service is available at an additional cost of €50 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.

Booking Terms | Pool heating is offered exclusively for the entire duration of your stay, and charges are calculated accordingly.

Weather Conditions | Kindly note that the system does not operate when outdoor temperatures exceed 25°C or during rainy weather. A pool cover is not available.
