Overview of Nopi Exclusive Villa

Nopi Villa is a brand-new private villa located in the quiet elite area of Akrotiri, offering 200 sq.m. of comfortable living space, ideal for families and groups of friends. The villa features five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as an additional shared guest WC in the living area. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, with the option for up to 4 additional guests upon request using a sofa bed and folding beds in the living area. All indoor areas are fully air-conditioned, while outdoors guests can enjoy a private 30 sqm swimming pool. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, private parking, and 24/7 support are provided to ensure a relaxed and worry-free stay.

The villa consists of two separate buildings, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. In total, Nopi Villa features five bedrooms, three with double beds and two with single beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while an additional shared guest WC is located in the living area of the main building.

The main building includes three bedrooms along with the open-plan living and kitchen area. The second building hosts two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking extra independence.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island, but the roads are quiet and easy to navigate. Local beaches, tavernas, and shops are just a short drive away, making it simple to plan your day trips or evening outings.

"Flexible" check-in/-out policy means:
We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the Villa will usually be ready by noon or 15:00pm at the latest.
