Designed across two levels, the villa blends clean architectural lines with open, light-filled interiors that flow seamlessly into its outdoor spaces. At its heart, the private pool anchors the experience, while upper-level sea glimpses, garden views, and surrounding olive groves add a subtle sense of place. Designed across two levels, Akea Villa unfolds through a well-balanced layout that combines comfort with effortless flow. The ground floor opens into a bright, open-plan living area with a 55” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and an indoor dining space, all extending directly onto the pool terrace. On this level, a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed is complemented by a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, a second double bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a private bathroom offers a more secluded setting. This space extends onto a private veranda with a seating area and soft sea views, creating a quiet corner for moments of relaxation throughout the day.

Set within a 250sqm private plot, the outdoor spaces of Akea Villa II are designed for relaxed, effortless living. A 25sqm private pool sits at the center, framed by sunlit terraces and comfortable sun loungers, creating an inviting setting for slow, sun-filled days. An outdoor shower adds to the ease of everyday living, while surrounding greenery and olive trees shape a calm, natural atmosphere. From quiet mornings to laid-back evenings, the space is made to be lived in, not just enjoyed.

Akea Villa ΙΙ is designed to support a smooth and comfortable stay, with practical details thoughtfully in place. Free parking is available just outside the villa for up to two cars. Access is simple and secure, with mobile key entry and a private alarm system.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is complemented by an outdoor cooking area, offering everything needed for easy, everyday living, from coffee moments to shared meals. Additional essentials such as laundry facilities, safety features, and in-villa equipment ensure convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Akea Villas are set in the village of Tragaki, Zakynthos, just 300 meters from Ampoula Beach. The location offers a peaceful, residential atmosphere while remaining close to a variety of beaches and the vibrant area of Tsilivi, only 2 km away.

"Flexible" check-in/-out policy means:
We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the Villa will usually be ready by noon or 16:00pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
