More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Guests have full and private access to the entire villa throughout their stay.
This includes all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, and private outdoor areas such as the pool and lounging spaces. Each villa is independent, offering a sense of privacy and comfort.
Please note that the property is part of a small collection of adjacent villas. While each residence maintains its own private areas, there may be occasional presence in neighboring villas.
At scheduled times, our team may access the outdoor areas for pool maintenance and property care. Housekeeping services, including intermediate cleaning and the change of bed linen, bath towels, and beach/pool towels, are also provided during your stay.
Any areas designated for maintenance or storage will remain closed.
"Flexible" check-in/-out policy means:
We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the Villa will usually be ready by noon or 16:00pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
